Digital media holding company Beta Music Group has completed the acquisition of Viewpon Holdings. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Viewpon is a lifestyle entertainment, digital media and listing services website that features small businesses across San Francisco, Sacramento, Seattle and the Pacific Northwest.
