Paul Kelly has worked in the information and internet industries since 1991. He joined Fusion in 2007 and has successfully completed many media, energy & environmental services and other sector deals. He has led Fusion’s Energy & Environmental Services team since 2009 and is probably the best connected UK based M&A practitioner in the sector.

He has held senior roles at Thomson, Euromoney Institutional Investor, Mintel and BreakingViews. He was the founder of technology company Data Communications and has worked in and with several internet start-ups.

Besides his M&A advisory role, Paul is also editor of Fusion DigiNet.

Paul Slight has been active in the Mergers and Acquisitions arena, focussing on Media, Energy and Business Services in the UK, Europe and US for over 25years. He started his career at Henry Ansbacher merchant bank in the 1980′s in their specialist UK and US mergers and acquisitions team, he was then a founding partner of a boutique investment bank in the media and business service sector in 1990.

After 12 successful years he left to form his own corporate finance operation with Fusion Corporate Partners LLP. He has completed over 60 transactions in the £5M to £100M valuation range. He knows and has dealt with the key buying personalities over the years and has a unique grasp and perspective of the pitfalls that may be present in a sale or acquisition and how to avoid them or resolve them.

Mark Eisenstadt worked in senior positions at VNU, Reed and ran a Rothschild backed healthcare company before becoming an entrepreneur in 1990 when he launched a trade publications business aimed at the medical and pharmaceutical markets.

After building the business to over £1 Million profit per annum, he sold the company with Paul’s assistance in 2002. Having enjoyed the sale process, Mark took up the new challenge of the mergers and acquisitions arena and co-founded Fusion Corporate Partners LLP. Not only does he have the first-hand experience of the financial, psychological, and physical ups and downs of the mergers and acquisitions process, but in his industry career Mark worked across numerous sectors and successfully launched, developed, and managed the growth of businesses.

Mark is exceptionally well placed to advise on acquisition and exit strategies and the structure, development, and exploitation of a business.
